Sweet Rest Church of Christ Holiness (215 Old Whitfield Rd., Pearl, MS) is partnering with Registered Dietitian, Juaqula Madkin, from Qula Madkin Nutrition to provide cooking demonstrations with recipes from the Freedom for Life – Healthy and Delicious Recipes for the Body and Soul Cookbook. Participants who completed the Chronic Disease Self-Management Program will receive a free copy of the cookbook.
