Pearl Street AME Church, located at 2519 Robinson St., Jackson, is hosting a Chronic Disease Self-Management Program, a six-week workshop, that teaches individuals how to improve their quality of life while living with chronic health conditions. Participants who receive a blood pressure screening and attend the workshops will receive a $100 gift card.
