Description:

Canton Housing Authority is hosting a Chronic Disease Self-Management Program a six-week workshop, at Joe Prichard Homes (349 Welch St., Canton, MS).  CDSPM teaches individuals how to improve their quality of life while living with chronic health conditions. Participants who receive a blood pressure screening and attend the workshops will receive a $100 gift card.
