As part of a 6-week Chronic Disease Self-Management Program (CDSMP), Sweet Rest Church of Christ in Pearl, MS will host the first week of the CDSMP workshop. Over the course of the workshop, participants will receive education, tools, tips, and resources to improve their quality of life while living with chronic conditions.
