Springboard to Opportunities is hosting a Parent’s Day event for all parents at Northwood Village Apartments located at 4850 Watkins Dr., Jackson, MS. Parents are invited to attend and partake in hours of self-care practices aimed at reducing stress to improve mental health and reduce heart disease risk.
