Springboard to Opportunities will host a health screening during their Thanksgiving celebration; they are offering blood pressure and body-mass-index screenings. Qualifying participants may enroll in the Chronic Disease Self-Management Program which will begin Spring 2024.  The event will take place at Lincoln Garden Apartments in Jackson, MS.
